Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or returns once an order has been delivered, except in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you believe there is an issue with the product you received, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide clear proof of the issue, which may include photos or other documentation showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item.
Once we receive your claim and supporting evidence, we will review the information and determine whether the issue qualifies for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
If your claim is approved, we will notify you and issue the appropriate resolution. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
